Cancellations

As a commission based salon with a small team, the revenue of our salon depends on our ability to fill the appointment spaces we have. Late cancellations or no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to stay in business and your stylists ability to earn the commissions they rely on to make their standard of living.

In the event of any late cancellations we will try our best to re-schedule you within the same week if time allows.

If not, please understand that we reserve the right to implement an appropriate cancellation charge to compensate the stylist pre-booked time.

 

Cancellations/Re-schedules within than 48 hours  - 30% of appointment value

Cancellations/Re-schedules within than 24 hours  - 50% of appointment value

Cancellations immediately before or no shows        - 100% of appointment value

 

 

Phorest Pay Card Storage.

If you have agreed to have your card details stored via Phorest Pay 

(our automated reception check out) these card details will be used to charge any 

cancellations fees incurred.

 

 

*December Appointment Bookings

Due to such limited appointment availability we will take a non refundable deposit of 30% of the appointment value for the month of December. Existing late cancellation fees will still apply.
