Moody Hair History

Opened in 1961 as Denise’s Hair Salon, then moving on to become Denise Moody Hairdressing and today trading as Moodyhair, the business is not afraid to evolve itself to keep pace with today’s clientele, but the essence of its original personal attention to detail has not changed since the doors opened 50 years ago. The company is today one of the areas leading salons, with an outstanding reputation for quality and customer service.

In the early sixties, Denise Moody was invited to train with Vidal Sassoon and was the first salon in the area to introduce the brand new concept of “Precision Haircutting”. Today the salon maintains it’s original high quality principles.
